Event Location: Gillespie County Fairgrounds and Expo Hall in Fredericksburg, TX

Event Date & Time: Thursday, August 22 – Sunday, August 25

• Thursday, August 22 - Gates will open at 5:00, cadets can come and drop off posters but do not need to stay

• Friday. August 23 - 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

• Saturday, August 24 - 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

• Sunday, August 25 - 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Event Opportunities: Cadets will have the opportunity to bring their poster for a manned or unmanned poster display. 

A.3 Manned Poster Display — Restrictions: points awarded per day, minimum of one hour. If you set up your poster or trifold while making/providing a presentation, you will NOT receive credit for the manned display, only the educational presentation

A.4 Unmanned Poster Display — Restrictions: poster must be displayed for a minimum of 3 days consecutive days at a single location, or for the duration of an event.
